The Agribusiness Sector:

Agribusiness extends far beyond the farm and plays a major role in Missouri and across the country.

In Missouri alone, agriculture and food-related industries support nearly 500 companies and about 50,000 jobs, including food and beverage manufacturers, processors, distributors, and supply companies.

Veterinary clinics that serve livestock and equine clients
Crop processors and mills (rice mills, grain elevators)
Equipment dealers and service providers
Feed and seed suppliers
